What led me
to wellness

In 2017, I was suffering. Undiagnosed Coeliac disease, rosacea, IBS, SIBO, hair loss, leaky gut, chronic anxiety, and depression — all while running a 60-person tech startup serving customers in 60+ countries. My journey to diagnosis was long and frustrating. I consulted gastroenterologists, Ayurvedic practitioners, nutrition coaches, psychiatrists, dermatologists, and hypnotherapists.

It was through embracing Ayurveda, yoga, and a deeply anti-inflammatory way of living that things finally shifted. Clear skin. Healthy hair. A calm gut. Restorative sleep. And above all — the unshakeable confidence that my daily choices were genuinely supporting my body. Once you feel that freedom, you never want to go back.

That transformation became my calling. I spent 400+ hours in training and research before creating The WU Anti-Inflammatory RESET Method® — an award-winning programme that distils everything I learned into simple, actionable frameworks.
